Financing Your Care
In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. We accept all insurance plans but are not contracted with any insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding insurance payment or coverage, please call our office at 406-656-8300.
The extent of your dental insurance coverage is an agreement between you or your employer and your insurance company. We will do our best to estimate what your root canal procedure or procedures will cost and provide that estimate to you. We will also work with your insurance company to estimate the amount of insurance monies that will be allowed for your claim. Once Dr. Stevens is able to assess your dental needs, you will be given the cost of your recommended procedure or procedures. Again, we will work with your insurance company and keep you advised of their response.
Our goal is to provide you with the best endodontic treatment available to you. We will work with you to educate you and insure that the best treatment is provided by our office. We ask that you make payment at the time services are provided.
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
